The manager of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (LREIT) has appointed Ng Hsueh Ling (leftmost in the image above) as its Chairman with effect from 1 June 2021.

Ng is the Managing Director, Singapore, and Chief Investment Officer, Asia at Lendlease, a post she has held since August 2017.

Prior to joining Lendlease, Ng served as the CEO of Keppel REIT’s manager, as well as the CEO (Korea and Japan) of Ascendas Limited just prior to that.

Ng will take over from outgoing Chairman, Anthony Peter Lombardo, who commences his new role as the Lendlease Group CEO and Managing Director from 1 June.

Lombardo will remain on the board as a non-executive and non-independent director of LREIT’s manager.

LREIT was last done on the Singapore Exchange at SGD0.765, which implies a distribution yield of 6.12% according to data compiled on the Singapore REITs table.
