Data from Keppel DC REIT’s latest disclosure has been incorporated into the Singapore REITs table.
Keppel DC REIT has reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.462 cents for its 3Q 2021.
This represents an increase of 4.5% year-on-year.
The REIT’s gross revenue and net property income (NPI) increased by 2.5% and 2.3% to SGD69.3 million and SGD63.8 million respectively.
Keppel DC REIT’s portfolio occupancy and WALE were at 98.1% and 7.0 years respectively.
Meanwhile, its gearing is now at 35.1% with average cost of debt at 1.6%.
Keppel DC REIT was last done on the SGX at SGD2.38, which presently implies a distribution yield of 4.35% according to data on the Singapore REITs table.
