The CEO Keppel DC REIT’s manager has come forward to explain why its plan to undertake an investment related to M1 will be beneficial to unitholders.
The explanation has come amid recurring net outflows of institutional funds, with the REIT’s unit price persistently testing its 52-week low of SGD2.32.
