OUE Commercial REIT has named Han Khim Siew as its incoming CEO.

Han will take the helm on 7 February 2022 and he replaces Tan Shu Lin who will relinquish the position on 30 November 2021.

The REIT’s CFO, Lionel Chua, will work closely with the board and management team during the leadership transition.

Han is currently the Managing Director and Co-Head of BNP Paribas Real Estate Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for advising on the transactions of real estate portfolios across Europe.

Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2013, he was Head of Investments at Jones Lang LaSalle Indonesia.

OUE Commercial REIT was last done on the SGX at SGD0.435, which presently implies a distribution yield of 5.66% according to data on the Singapore REITs table.
