An entity linked to the Netherlands pension investment company Algemene Pensioen Groep (APG) has disclosed the number of Digital Core REIT units that it holds.

Digital Core REIT is a pure-play data centre REIT that went for an initial public offering (IPO) for a Singapore Exchange (SGX) listing on 29 November.

It is the second data centre REIT to list in Singapore.

The REIT, which has an initial portfolio of ten freehold data centres across North America, began trading on the SGX on 6 December.
