The International Stock Exchange (TISE) is still expecting a strong pipeline of REIT listings on the bourse, despite looming changes to the UK REIT regime.

In response to questions from REITsWeek, Carolyn Gelling, Head of Equity Markets at TISE, attributes this to the proven popularity of the jurisdiction’s REIT framework, including among international REITs.

TISE recently marked the first-ever listing of a Singapore REIT subsidiary in December 2021.
