Despite the easing of work-from-home (WFH) mandates, the percentage of US workers who will not return to office is projected to double when compared to the period before the pandemic.

This is the projection given by Scott Homa, Senior Vice President and Director of US Office Research at JLL, in a recent event organised by Manulife US REIT (MUST).

Homa was responding to a question of office occupancies across the US, and how these might change over the next few years given post-COVID re-openings.
