Sentral REIT has painted a not-so-rosy picture of the Malaysian office market ahead, amid a worsening supply glut in the country.

The REIT, which presently has a portfolio of 10 assets across Cyberjaya, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Penang, derives the majority of its revenue from Grade A office spaces.
