Institutional investors appear to have reverted their funds into stalwart Singapore-listed industrial REITs as implied premiums over book value begin easing.

This is particularly so for Ascendas REIT and Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT), both of which have been seeing outflows of institutional funds over the past few weeks.
