United Hampshire US REIT (UHREIT) is deepening its exposure to the groceries and necessities segment of its business.

The acquisition has been done as the REIT sheds its present exposure to self-storage assets.

UHREIT is a US-focused REIT with a portfolio of 20 groceries-related assets and four self-storage properties, which are collectively worth more than USD688 million.
