In response to questions from REITsWeek, Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) has given further details of why its financial metrics will remain unimpacted by the recently-announced development project despite partially funding it with debt.
The REIT, which presently has a portfolio of 102 assets across Australia, Europe and Singapore, recently announced the acquisition of a development asset in the UK.
