ESR-LOGOS REIT has been progressively pivoting its investment portfolio into the ‘new economy’ sector, and perhaps no other asset is more emblematic of this transformation than 7000 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5.

The nondescript property lies tucked away in one of the most remote corners of Singapore’s Ang Mo Kio precinct, among a cluster of more traditional industrial buildings and flatted factories.

But its undistinguished appearance betrays its true nature as 7000 Ang Mo Kio is one of ESR-LOGOS REIT’s most high-specs assets, consuming more than half of the REIT’s total energy usage annually.
