Kenedix Retail REIT Corporation (Kenedix Retail REIT) has advised investors that it will incur a one-time JPY106 million cost due to a “structural issue” at one of its assets.

Kenedix Retail REIT is a Japan-listed REIT with a portfolio of retail and distribution centres across the country.
