In response to questions from REITsWeek, the CEO of Digital Core REIT’s manager, John Stewart, has provided further clarity on the proposed acquisitions it announced on 22 September.

Stewart has also stated the preferred scenario that he would like played out for the REIT to complete its inaugural acquisition since listing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) in December 2021.

Digital Core REIT announced on 22 September that it has entered into an agreement with its sponsor, Digital Realty, to acquire interests in either one or two data centre assets.
