Suntec REIT has painted a mixed picture when asked about business operations at its flagship asset in 2023.
The asset, Suntec City, is presently the largest in Suntec REIT’s portfolio and it constitutes about 65% of its gross revenue in 2H 2021.
Accordingly, Suntec City’s convention centre component contributes about 4% to Suntec REIT’s gross revenue for the same period.
Suntec REIT is a mixed commercial landlord with a portfolio of retail and office assets across Australia, Singapore, and the UK.
