But the CEO of Embassy Office Parks REIT (Embassy REIT) is sanguine that a downturn in business globally will bode well for business, given how its portfolio is positioned.

Embassy REIT is India's first publicly listed REIT with a 43.2 million square feet portfolio across 12 office parks with a market cap of around USD4 billion.
