Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors during the trading week that began on 21 November.

The net outflow came alongside a general rout of institutional funds from several SGX-listed stalwart REITs.

MLT is a logistics assets-heavy REIT with a portfolio of assets across the Asia-Pacific region.
