Ichigo Hotel REIT has reported an 86.5% year-on-year rise in revenue for the quarter that ended on 30 November 2022 on strong tourism numbers.

The REIT, which has a portfolio of mostly hospitality assets across Japan, also reported that its RevPAR for the period is now at its highest since March 2020.

Revenue for the quarter came in at JPY713.4 million while RevPAR was recorded at JPY6,377.
