CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors last week.

The disposals came amid the release of retail sales data by the Singapore government, which suggests that spending growth may be slowing down across the island.

CICT is a mixed commercial REIT with a portfolio of retail and office assets across Singapore, Australia and Germany.
