Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) has priced its placement units at SGD1.649, which suggests that its recent fundraising exercise was well-received by investors.

This represents the top end of an indicative range that was first announced by the REIT.

MLT first disclosed on 30 March that it is acquiring eight logistics assets in Japan, Australia and South Korea for a total acquisition price of SGD913.6 million.
