Japan-listed residential REIT Samty Residential Investment Corporation is disposing of its asset in Aichi at a 30% premium above its book value.

The asset, S‐FORT Kurumamichi, is being disposed of at JPY530 million, about JPY128 million above its independently appraised value.

S-FORT Kurumamichi is a seven-storey asset with 19 residential units and it is fully occupied.

The buyer of the asset has not been disclosed by the REIT.
