Suntec REIT was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors last week.

The REIT, which counts several major banks among its stable of tenants, saw an SGD12.5 million net outflow of institutional funds during the trading week that began on 13 March.

Suntec REIT has one-third interests in One Raffles Quay and Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) Towers 1 and 2 in Singapore, which are occupied by banks such as HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank.
