Malaysia’s Al-Aqar Healthcare REIT has priced the placement units it is issuing to selected investors, as part of efforts to fund its most recent acquisitions.

The REIT, which presently has a portfolio of mostly healthcare assets across Malaysia, first announced in September 2022 that it was acquiring three assets from separate vendors.

These assets include the Seremban Specialist Hospital and the Pasir Gudang Specialist Hospital, and the total acquisition consideration is about MYR192 million.
