Retail REIT Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) has leased out the anchor space at Century Square, which was vacated by an anchor tenant in 2022.

The REIT, which has an investment portfolio of 10 suburban retail malls across Singapore, inducted Century Square into its fold after acquiring AsiaRetail Fund (ARF) beginning in April 2019.

However, the asset saw a notable fall in its occupancy level in 3Q 2022 after a cinema operator anchor tenant pre-terminated its lease at the mall from April that year.
