Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT) has priced its private placement units at the top end of an indicative range, citing strong support from investors.

The REIT first disclosed on 25 May that it is acquiring a data centre in Osaka, Japan for JPY52 billion (SGD508 million).

To partially fund this acquisition, MIT announced that it was conducting a placement of 92,593,000 new units for selected investors.
