Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed Dasin Retail Trust looks set for more turbulence ahead, now that a lawsuit has been launched by one of its major unitholders.

Dasin Retail Trust is a China-focused retail landlord with a portfolio of seven retail malls across the country.

Over the last several years, the REIT has been faced with a litany of operational and fiscal issues, including unpaid rents by anchor tenants and refinancing difficulties.
