Data from Spring REIT's latest disclosure is in the Hong Kong REITs table. 

Spring REIT looks set to take on HKD150 million in loans for a buy-back programme that has been priced with a 4.3% premium, based on its current unit price.

Spring REIT is a Hong Kong-listed mixed commercial REIT that has a portfolio of commercial properties across China and the UK.

One of the REIT’s major institutional unitholders is the PAG Holdings-controlled investment vehicle, BT Cayman Ltd.
