Al-Salam REIT has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Malaysia Rapid Transit System to develop a pedestrian bridge into the former’s asset in Johor Bahru, KOMTAR JBCC.

The bridge will connect KOMTAR JBCC with the planned link bridge at the Bukit Chagar LRT station, which is currently under development.

KOMTAR JBCC is Al-Salam REIT’s largest retail asset and it comprises four storey of retail spaces.
