A subsidiary of the American investment firm acquired more units of the REIT from the market on 19 July.
Parkway Life REIT is a Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed healthcare REIT that has a portfolio of 61 hospital and nursing care assets across Japan, Malaysia and Singapore.
