Data centre landlord Digital Core REIT finished the trading day on 20 July at 12% higher from the previous close amid an unusually high volume of married deals.

The price surged prompted a query from the Singapore Exchange (SGX).

Digital Core REIT is a pure-play data centre REIT with a portfolio of 10 data centres across North America and one asset in Frankfurt.

It has been listed on the SGX since December 2021.
