After failing to secure an interim injunction that would have blocked Sabana REIT’s upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM), the ESR Group camp has now obtained an expedited hearing date for the litigation it initiated.

The hearing has been fixed tentatively on 19 July at 10 am, said ESR Group in a prepared statement on 13 July.

The statement was issued one day after ESR Group and e-Shang Infinity Cayman failed to obtain an interim injunction from the Singapore High Court, which would have prevented Sabana REIT from carrying out its planned EGM on 4 August.
