Sabana Industrial REIT reported record rental reversions and its highest portfolio occupancy in years for its 1H 2023 on 19 July.

In fact, the REIT’s latest portfolio occupancy figure of 93.9% surpasses that of the JTC 1Q 2023 industrial average.

And of the REIT’s 18 assets, 12 are either close to or 100% occupied.

But despite the sterling showing, investors appear to be less than enthused, judging from the REIT’s unit price movement in the days following 19 July.
