Sentral REIT is acquiring the 27-storey purpose-built office tower in Petaling Jaya known as Menara CelcomDigi for MYR450 million.
The asset is being acquired from Puncak Wangi Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad.
The proposed acquisition is expected to expand Sentral REIT’s total asset size by 21% from MYR2.15 billion as at 31 December 2022 to approximately MYR2.60 billion.
