Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors last week.
The REIT saw an almost SGD17 million outflow of institutional funds during the period.
FLCT is a mixed commercial REIT with a portfolio of mostly Singapore office assets and Australia logistics properties.
