Hektar REIT is acquiring a private college campus in Malacca, Malaysia for MYR150 million.
The campus is operated by KYS College Sdn Bhd and it consists of several buildings that are used for administration, academic, residential and student facilities purposes.
KYS College is a fully residential and co-educational private school which offers secondary school education for students from Form 1 to Form 5.
