Japan Hotel REIT Investment Corporation (Japan Hotel REIT) is acquiring three assets across the country for JPY18.9 million.
The assets are namely La'gent Stay Sapporo Odori, Oriental Hotel Kyoto Rokujo and Hotel Oriental Express Fukuoka.
These assets are being acquired from an undisclosed seller.
Japan Hotel REIT presently owns a portfolio of 46 hotels across Japan.
