Japan-listed office REIT Nippon Building Fund is disposing of two assets while acquiring another one via an exchange transaction.

Prior to the latest transactions, the REIT had a portfolio of 100 office assets across Japan, most of which are located in Tokyo.

On 29 September, the REIT disclosed that it is disposing of NBF Ueno Building and NBF Shibakouen Building for JPY9,900 million and JPY8,500 million respectively.
