YTL Hospitality REIT (YTL REIT) is increasing the rent at three of its assets, and this will see it collecting an extra MYR2.695 million per annum.

YTL REIT is a Malaysia-heavy hospitality REIT that also has assets in Australia and Japan.

All three assets that will be charged additional rent are in Malaysia.
