CapitaLand Ascendas REIT was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors last week.

During the trading period that began on 16 October, the REIT saw an SGD32.2 million net outflow of institutional funds.

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT is a Singapore-heavy REIT that owns a portfolio of mostly high-tech industrial assets.
