Embassy Office Parks REIT (Embassy REIT) has secured the tenancy of SMFG India Credit Co. Ltd and Fullerton Financial Holdings at its asset known as Embassy 247 in Mumbai.
SMFG India Credit is part of Japan’s Sumitomo Mitsui, while Fullerton Financial Holdings is a Singapore-origin non-banking financial company (NBFC) in India.
Embassy 247 is a Grade A office park with a total area of 1.18 million square feet in Mumbai's eastern suburb of Vikhroli.
