Mixed office and industrial REIT Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors last week.

The REIT saw an SGD8.7 million net outflow of institutional funds during the trading period that began on 25 September.

FLCT is an Australia and Singapore-heavy REIT and it has a portfolio of mostly logistics and light industrial assets down under.
