Singapore’s largest lender DBS Bank has disposed of 285,700 units of Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT).

MIT is a Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT that owns a portfolio of mostly data centres and high-tech manufacturing facilities.

The REIT has an investment portfolio worth some SGD9.2 billion comprising 56 assets in North America, 85 properties in Singapore and 1 asset in Japan.
