An activist investor in Singapore has called on Cromwell European REIT to commence a units buyback programme amid prevailing discounts.
The investor, Quarz Capital, made the call in an open letter, a copy of which was provided to REITsWeek.
Cromwell European REIT is a Singapore-listed but Europe focused REIT with a portfolio of mostly office and light industrial assets.
