Sabana Industrial REIT (Sabana REIT) has commenced legal action against a tenant that accounts for about 2.9% of its gross rental income.
The tenant, Kleio One-Solution Pte Ltd, is the master lessee of the Sabana REIT assets that are located at 33 & 35 Penjuru Lane, Singapore.
These assets comprise three buildings with a gross floor area of 286,192 square feet and these are a single storey warehouse, a four-storey warehouse and a part single-storey, part three-storey warehouse with a basement.
