Sabana Industrial REIT (Sabana REIT) disclosed on 19 December that it has been served with a counterclaim from a delinquent tenant, which is in arrears over its rent.

The tenant, which is the master lessee of 33 & 35 Penjuru Lane, has now mounted a defence against the legal action filed by Sabana REIT in November 2023.
