Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT disposed of by institutional investors last week.

MLT is a Singapore-heavy REIT that owns a portfolio of mostly warehouses and logistics spaces across the Asia Pacific region.

The REIT disclosed last week that it has recorded a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.253 cents for its 3Q FY2023/2024.

However, the REIT also notified unitholders that it was seeing lower contributions from its China assets.
