Sabana REIT has received another requisition notice.
The notice was from several unitholders who collectively have an aggregate unitholding of more than 10% in the REIT.
It was deposited at the REIT’s manager’s office on 11 January, Sabana REIT disclosed on the next day.
Similar to an earlier requisition that fell through, the latest notice is requesting for Sabana REIT’s manager to convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM).
