Starhill Global REIT has provided some clues on the type of assets it will acquire, and the markets where these possible acquisitions will be made.

The REIT is a Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed landlord that owns a portfolio of retail and office assets.

Starhill Global REIT derives the vast majority of its revenue from Singapore where it owns strata lots in Ngee Ann City and Wisma Atria, both of which are located at the heart of the prime Orchard Road shopping district.

Besides these two properties, the REIT also owns assets in Australia, China, Japan and Malaysia.
