AEON REIT has entered into a tenancy renewal agreement on its lease at AEON Taman Universiti Shopping Centre.

The asset is a two-storey shopping mall with 22,870 square metres of retail space, and it opened in 2002.

It is one of two Malaysian assets owned by AEON REIT, which otherwise owns a portfolio of all-Japanese retail assets.
