CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) was the top Singapore Exchange (SGX)-listed REIT acquired by institutional investors last week.

CICT is a Singapore-heavy REIT that owns a portfolio of retail malls and Grade A office assets across the country.

The REIT also owns assets in Australia and Germany.
